Bio: Amina holds an MFA in Acting from Temple University's classical training program. Last seen on Broadway as Ali in Mamma Mia. Her favorite roles are Ernestine in Crumbs from the Table of Joy by Lynn Nottage at Baltimore Center Stage, Crystal in the Broadway National Tour of Little Shop of Horrors, and Juliet in Romeo and Juliet at The Classical Theater of Harlem. She has most recently been seen on NBC's hit show "SMASH", and the new CBS drama "NYC 22". Other television credits include "A Gifted Man", "Garza", "Law and Order", "Mercy", and "Nurse Jackie". Amina made her feature film debut portraying Jermaine in the Oscar nominated film Precious.
